Job Title: Shop Assistant
Location: West London
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Variable hours, up to 40 hours per week across 5 days (Ful-time)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide a high level of customer service to all customers
- Serve customers and process cash and card payments accurately
- Assist shoppers in locating products and provide knowledgeable, friendly support
- Keep shelves stocked and organised efficiently, including handling large deliveries
- Conduct stock checks and manage product rotation to minimise waste
- Support promotional activities and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and report operational issues promptly
- Work as part of a strong team, helping colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture
Who We’re Looking For:
- Customer-focused and task-driven individuals
- Comfortable serving both Chinese-speaking and local customers
- Fast, efficient, and reliable in completing daily tasks
- Team-oriented and ready to help colleagues succeed
- Previous retail or customer service experience (essential)
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (desirable)
- Familiarity with East & South-East Asian foods (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK

Recruitment Process:
- Face-to-face interview
- One-hour trial shift at our Canary Wharf store
- Employment subject to references and successful completion of the trial
