Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdresser to join my Beauty Salon in Bristol City Centre. This vacancy is for renting a chair on a daily basis or a profit share option. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The salon currently has a beautician but no hairdresser. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills in the heart of Bristol City Centre.
Duties
- Perform hair cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing techniques in accordance with client preferences and current trends
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive salon experience
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining an organised reception area
- Assist with store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining cleanliness standards within the salon
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work
- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing recognised within the industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Knowledge of store management principles is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with strong attention to detail and professional grooming standards

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
