Carlucci Restaurant at Ladybank Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Manager with weekend availability to support our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth restaurant operations, deliver excellent guest experiences, and motivate staff to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing weekend operations
- Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to provide outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Greet and assist guests, resolving any issues or complaints
- Support inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels
- Help train and develop staff to uphold service excellence
- Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles preferred
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Flexibility to work every weekend, including peak times
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
