Let's Talk Money:
We are offering a salary of £27,000-£30,000 per year.

- You'll be a people person with a good sense of humour
- You'll have at least 5 years of experience in an accounts-based role
- You'll have excellent organisational skills
- You’ll have good data entry skills and attention to detail
- You’ll have the ability to communicate clearly via the phone and email
- You’ll ideally have experience using SAGE50
- You’ll be the sort of person who doesn’t mind getting stuck in with whatever comes your way
- You don’t mind being in the office 5 days a week

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL Month WILL LOOK LIKE:
Daily you will
Check your emails and prioritise the urgent from the not-so-urgent.
Check the bank and reconcile.
Post supplier invoices
Raise customer invoices
Match invoices to GRN’s
Answer the phone and greet visitors
Distribute the post (it's not a lot!)
Weekly you will
Chase the debtors
Raise time sheets for our productions and engineering departments
Monthly you will
Get supplier payments ready for the BAC’s run
Monthly expenses and credits cards
Close products jobs and projects
Close the ledgers
We are a small company, and you will need to be flexible. In addition to the above, we will ask you to help in other areas and cover other people as the business requires.

The Nitty Gritty:
We work in our office are Collocated with Knoll Gardens, just outside the Ferndown Industrial Estate, you will probably need a car or bike to get here.
We pay a full-time salary. Our working hours are 8.30 am to 5.15 pm - Monday to Thursday, and Accounts Administrator8.30 am to 1.00 pm on Friday
We're looking for someone who can be in-situ and ready to work as soon as possible
