Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our dedicated professional team. Duties
- Manage the full lifecycle of property sales and lettings, including listing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and industry partners to foster trust and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local property trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Prepare detailed property descriptions, marketing materials, and online listings to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and processing documentation efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, legal requirements, and market conditions to clients for informed decision-making.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to address client inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple languages if applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property sales or lettings with a track record of successful transactions.
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail in managing documentation and records.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Outstanding organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry best practices is preferred but not mandatory.
