Customer Liaison Manager

We are a fast growing family owned engineering business based in Holsworthy, Devon, UK, who produce world class solutions for the composites sector of advanced engineering operations. Our customers include some of the biggest names in aerospace, motor racing, academia, engineering research and renewable energy production.
Due to business growth both in the UK and overseas we are now looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Liaison Manager to join our growing commercial team.
This exciting new role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships while coordinating projects, logistics, sales support, and operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll become the main point of contact for customers once orders are placed, ensuring a smooth journey from production through to delivery and aftercare. The role also includes involvement in trade shows, marketing campaigns, CRM management, and international shipping coordination.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
- A proactive, detail-focused approach
- CRM and logistics experience (preferred)
Manufacturing, engineering, or technical industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
We are looking for someone who wants to use their initiative to make this role their own and to deliver a world class customer service to our high caliber valued customer base.
What we are offering:
- Full time, permanent position based upon 37.5 hours per week: Mon-Fri 9:00 until 17:00 with a 30 minute break.
- Flexible working hours could be negotiated for the right candidate.
- Annual holiday entitlement of 20 days plus English bank holidays.
- Auto-Enrollment into the Company pension scheme (subject to statutory qualifying factors).
- Competitive annual salary (dependent on knowledge and experience).
