This role is hybrid, with weekly travel to our London office (average 3 days per week).
What you'll be doing:

Lead and manage end-to-end bid activities across multiple opportunities.

Coordinate diverse teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid submissions.

Drive bid governance, planning, and execution to meet challenging deadlines.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sopra Steria, partner organisations, and suppliers.

Support the development of winning strategies and customer-focused solutions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid excellence and best practice.
What you’ll bring:

Demonstrable Bid Management experience, working across all stages of the entire bid process with a successful record of accomplishment, winning bids in a competitive market.

Highly competent in use of MS Office tools.

Experienced user of project planning software e.g. MS Project.

Demonstrate a sales orientation with an understanding of bid management best practice.
It would be great if you had:
-
Member of Bid Management professional body e.g. Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Experience of Shipley bid management best practice.
-
Knowledge of the Public and Private Sector market.

Salary: Up to £70k
