About Soothe
Soothe is an established skin health and wellness destination in the heart of West Bridgford, specialising in advanced, non-invasive skin treatments alongside expert hands-on facial therapies.
Our approach combines skin science, advanced technology and exceptional touch, with a strong focus on long-term skin health rather than quick fixes.
We are now looking for an experienced, and highly professional Skin Therapist/Aesthetician to join our team on Saturdays.
The Role
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has strong practical experience within advanced skin treatments and who is confident working with clients independently.
Treatments at Soothe include:
- Radiofrequency
- Microneedling
- RF Microneedling
- HydraFacial
- High Frequency
- Lymphatic facial treatments
- Advanced hands-on organic facials
- Bespoke skin consultations and treatment planning
Training in our specific treatment protocols and equipment will be provided where appropriate, but applicants must already have a strong foundation in advanced skin therapy and be able to provide evidence of relevant qualifications and practical experience.
Who We're Looking For
You will ideally:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Preferably hold Level 4, advanced aesthetics qualifications or a relevant degree
- Have demonstrable experience carrying out advanced facial and skin treatments
- Be confident working with advanced skin technologies
- Have excellent hands-on facial and massage skills
- Understand contraindications, consultation, consent and professional treatment protocols
- Be mature, dependable and highly professional
- Have excellent communication and client-care skills
- Take pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards
- Have a genuine interest in skin health, wellbeing and continued professional development
Because of the level of treatments involved, evidence of qualifications and previous treatment experience will be required.
Hours
Saturdays: 8.30am arrival for a 9.00am start – 4.30pm
We require availability for approximately 3–4 Saturdays per month.
There will also be opportunities to provide holiday and sickness cover, with the possibility of expanding into additional hours for the right person.
