Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage civil teams upto 6 operatives, assigning tasks effectively to optimise productivity.
- Monitor progress of civil works, report on milestones, and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operations.
- Deliver high quality civil work(kerbing, drainage, hand-laid tarmac)
- Plan and coordinate plant, materials and daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with RAMs and safe working practices.
- Read and interpret utility fdrawings and plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising civil engineering teams within large-scale projects.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
- Demonstrable supervising experience in a civil engineering environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to civil construction sites.

Pay: £37,175.00-£42,656.00 per year
