Fit Out UK, a leading interior fit-out and logistics specialist working with major retail, hospitality and commercial clients, is looking for a reliable and experienced Painter for an immediate short-term project.
The Role
- Paint a shop front in Ruislip (exterior commercial painting).
- Duration: approximately 1 week.
- Immediate start preferred.
Ongoing work available afterwards for painters with spraying experience in our workshop in Park Royal (NW10).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly, including sanding and filling
- Prime and paint shop front to a high commercial standard
- Carry out all preparation and finishing works cleanly and to programme
- Work safely on a live site and follow health & safety procedures
- (For ongoing work) Spray painting in a controlled workshop environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter / decorator (commercial or shop front experience preferred)
- Strong sanding and filling skills essential
- Good knowledge of exterior preparation and finishing systems
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Spraying experience highly desirable for the ongoing workshop role in Park Royal
- Own toolkit
- CSCS Card / Cert
