Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and developing new opportunities? Trinity School is seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Coordinator to support the delivery and growth of our Enterprise Programme.
Working closely with the Enterprise Manager, you will play a key role in maximising the use of the school's outstanding facilities, strengthening relationships with external clients and partners, and helping to grow the school's non-fee income.You will coordinate a diverse range of activities, including school lettings, holiday programmes, events, and other commercial ventures, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality experience. You will also support the development of new commercial opportunities that reflect the school's values and contribute to its long-term strategic objectives.
This is an all-year-round, part-time position, offering a flexible 15-hour working week. There will also be opportunities to increase your earnings through additional hours, depending on business needs and the success of the Enterprise Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced environment and is motivated by building relationships, delivering excellent service, and making a meaningful contribution to the wider life and sustainability of the school.
