Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas within the health club and spa premises.
- Ensure all public spaces, treatment rooms, and facilities are hygienic and well-presented.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Use cleaning equipment and products effectively and responsibly.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Support team members to uphold the high standards of the club.
- Contribute to creating a relaxing atmosphere for our members and guests.
- Be polite and discreet around the club and be able to interact with guests and members
- Cover basic reception duties during lunch breaks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable with a positive attitude.
- Driving license is advantageous but not essential. (We are in the middle of a field with a mile long driveway!)
- Customer service skills are highly valued.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
