We are seeking excellent and suitably experienced F&B Team Members for the Place Hotel, on York Place, in Edinburgh

The Place Hotel on York Place in Edinburgh has an amazing reputation and status. It is an award winning four-star 47-room boutique townhouse Hotel, in a prominent location close to the city’s theatres, the new St James shopping centre and the end of the tram line. With a purpose-built Conference & Event space with extensive outdoor terrace, new banqueting facilities, wedding and reception, as well as future projects within the City.

Who we are looking for:
You will be highly motivated, with a great approach to working with people.
You will be passionate about serving food and drinks, with great customer service, ensuring consistent quality is delivered to our guests and food safety standards are met.
What we offer:
The role may be full or part-time to best suit your needs, up to 40 hours contracted weekly, and the contract is permanent, subject to a three-months probation period.
