Job Summary
We are seeking a Lettings/Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team. Lettings or Sales experience is essential for the role.
- Accompanying viewings with prospective tenants/buyers
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants/buyers
- Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
- Following up enquiries
- Processing payments (deposits + first month's rent etc.)
- Property inspections
- Working as part of our Sales & Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required and any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team
- Salary OTE £26,000 Per Annum

Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years property experience
