Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prescholl Room Leader to oversee the daily operations of the room, including positive partnership with staff and parents. Whitin this role you will assist management in providing the highest standard of compliance, care and education for children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environment and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
- Support and supervise your team and be a positive role model
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Ensuring the record keeping requirments are regularly completed
Experience:
- Lev 3 or above qualification in early years
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and staff members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
