Duties

- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates, education, and support
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure timely resident interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress, treatments, and care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven leadership abilities within a healthcare setting to guide and motivate team members
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical procedures, and care planning processes
