Kitchen Porter (evening shifts/ part-time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Evening Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our award-winning kitchen. Working alongside our chefs and front-of-house team, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout the restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
- Operating and managing dishwashing equipment
- Ensuring crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment are cleaned and stored correctly
- Supporting chefs with cleaning routines and kitchen organisation throughout service
- Assisting with waste disposal, recycling segregation and storage procedures
- Following health, safety and food hygiene standards at all times

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
