Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, experienced, friendly and passionate individual to become part of a small dedicated team. Experience is preferred but not essential.
Weekend and evenings availability is required. Must be over 18 and be available throughout the summer.
Working hours will vary week by week and the working week will include weekends.
Experience/Skills required
- Previous bar work and customer service training is preferable but not essential if you can demonstrate a passion for the role
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
Job Duties
- Taking food and beverage orders at the bar
-Preparing drinks
-Running food to tables
- Answering phone calls and taking booking
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes, etc.
- Closing the building at night. This would entail occasional lone working
