A new opportunity has arisen to join our team at Innersense Aesthetics Medical York and Wetherby as a member of our Front of House team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and efficient person to join us in our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be able to work at either our York or Wetherby clinic.
This role can be full or part time for the right candidate as we are open to having 1 or 2 new team members.
At Innersense Aesthetics Medical we pride ourselves in offering 5* patient care, providing exceptional treatment and customer service in our Aesthetics Clinics.
Our Clinics open 6 days a week so the ability to work 2 Saturdays, 9-3pm per month and work 2 longer days on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays (9:15-7:30pm) as part of a team roster, is an essential criteria.
Full training will be provided.
Ideal candidate will have/be:
- Have experience working on reception, front of house, coordinating and/or sales roles.
- Understanding of the Aesthetics Industry-although not essential as training provided.
- Strong team player.
- Passion for delivering 5 star customer service.
- Reliable, dependable and a team player but can also work alone and use initiative

- Professional, proactive, attentive and immaculately presented
- Target driven and forward thinking
- Outstanding communication skills
- Competent on the computer. Using our/a booking system, sending emails, using word & excel.
- Enthusiasm and knowledge of professional use of social media.
- Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise tasks
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients courteously and warmly on arrival ensuring the consultation documentation is completed
- Dealing with enquiries in person, over the phone, via email and social media.
- You will take bookings and payments and provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- You will provide support to Therapists and Clinical Team to ensure their day runs smoothly.
- You will communicate effectively to ensure each patient receives a fantastic, seamless experience.
- You will be converting enquiries into consultations.
- Manage waiting and reception areas including the merchandising of the reception area according with in clinic promotions
- Comply with company policies and procedures on Health and Safety and Safeguarding.
- You will ensure a high standard of professionalism, patient confidentiality and behaviour is maintained at all times.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required
