Summary
We are seeking a skilled General Builder to join our dynamic team in. This role is vital in maintaining and improving our properties, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. Based in, you will contribute directly to our mission of redefining property management through quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance and renovation work.
- Maintain safety standards on all job sites.
- Assist in fabrication tasks when required.
- Diagnose and resolve building issues promptly.
- Support the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in general construction or building trades.
- Strong skills in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
