Senior Beauty Therapist – Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our busy salon.
We offer a wide range of traditional beauty treatments alongside advanced skin and aesthetic technologies, so this is a great opportunity for a therapist who loves what they do but also wants to keep learning, develop their skills and progress into more advanced treatments.

The role
As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you'll be confident delivering a range of core beauty treatments to a high standard while building strong relationships with your clients.
Depending on your existing experience, you'll also have the opportunity to train and develop in treatments such as advanced skin treatments, CACI, microneedling, laser hair removal, HIFU and more.
As a senior member of the team, you'll help us maintain our high treatment and customer service standards and be a positive, supportive influence within the salon.
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy preferred
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years' salon experience
- Confident in a good range of core beauty treatments
- Excellent treatment and customer service standards
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone reliable, self-motivated and keen to develop
- A genuine passion for the beauty and skin industry
- Someone who enjoys being part of a close team
Experience in advanced skin or aesthetic treatments is an advantage, but not essential – we're happy to provide training to the right person.

And you won't have to give up every Saturday!
Our full-time rota includes every other Saturday, giving you two Saturdays off each month. Full-time team members also work a minimum of two evening shifts per week.
