Support Worker – Day Centre Services
£13.00 per hour starting salary
Monday to Friday | No weekends | 3–5 days per week
9:00am–5:00pm
My client is looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join their Day Centre service supporting people aged 16+ through to elderly adults with autism, ADHD and complex needs.
The Role
- Providing person-centred support and daily activities
- Supporting individuals with complex needs
- Providing personal care, including pad changing, where required
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive team
About You
- Previous experience in care, support work, autism, ADHD or complex needs is essential
- Caring, patient and reliable
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Able to work as part of a team and remain calm in challenging situations
The centre supports approximately 10–20 service users per day, depending on attendance.
Recruitment Process
Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to an interview. Following a successful interview, candidates will be invited to a site visit to see the centre and meet the team.
