Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to management
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for this role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and reliability are highly valued
