Rio's Piri Piri Northampton is a busy quick-service casual dining restaurant offering dine-in, takeaway and home delivery.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to join our team. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen, takeaway or quick-service restaurant is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and marinating chicken to Rio's standards
- Loading and operating the fryer and steamer as required
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Keeping kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organised
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Restocking and preparing stations for service
- Working efficiently as part of the kitchen team, particularly during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or fast-food experience preferred
- Good communication
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Good standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Willingness to learn and follow Rio's preparation and cooking procedures
Hours: 20–40 hours per week
Availability: Applicants must be flexible and available to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
