Overview
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic part-time Central Venue Managers to oversee the operations of our weekly Saturday Central Venue football provision. The ideal candidates will have a love of football and/or sport, great organisational skills and be reliable throughout the football season. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth running of our games, and giving feedback to the Junior Premier League.
Responsibilities
- Saturday Availability
- Venue weekly Health & Safety checks
- Pitch organisation & set-up
- Supervise referees
- Be visible & available to deal with queries
- Data, results & incident reporting
- Address & report negative behaviour
- Report good news stories
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed at venue
- Manage relationships with clubs / teams
- Manage relationships with the venue, ensuring the Service Level Agreement is followed
- Represent the JPL positively at all times
