We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Dessert Bar Team Lead to join our busiest site, Tubbees Autoport!

The role involves:
- Ensuring the team provides excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting the manager in maintaining and managing front and back of house
- Securing and exceeding store sales
- Training and developing the team
- Scheduling according to operational needs
- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
About you:
- Supervisory experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Take your own initiative
- A role model to your team through your leadership skills
- A passion for providing the highest level of customer experience
- Driven to achieve business goals in an efficient and effective manner
- Able to analyse figures and execute plans accordingly
