The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing, specialist business in the critical infrastructure space to recruit a Senior Sales Account Manager.
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role where you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities through to closing complex, consultative deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage a mix of existing accounts and new business, working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Account Management
- Own and develop a portfolio of B2B client accounts
- Build long-term relationships and protect recurring revenue
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans
New Business Development
- Identify and win new clients across target sectors
- Manage leads through to close
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline
- Develop relationships with partners and key stakeholders
Consultative Sales
- Understand client needs and scope tailored solutions
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to deliver viable solutions
Commercial Responsibility
- Achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
- Support negotiations and contract agreements
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven success in B2B technical or solutions sales
- Experience working in sectors such as electrical, mechanical, power, HVAC, BMS or similar
- Demonstrable ability to manage both existing accounts and generate new business
- Experience handling complex or multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and negotiation
- Confident communicating technical solutions to clients
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
This role typically suits someone with around 3–5 years’ experience in a similar environment, or equivalent level of capability.
Desirable:
- Experience with UPS systems, generators, or critical infrastructure
- Exposure to service or maintenance contract sales
- Experience working with data centres, healthcare, or industrial clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho or similar)
