Our Retail Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring our shelves, displays and sales areas remain fully stocked, well-presented and ready for customers. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Replenishment Assistant to join our team.
The Role
As a Warehouse Replenishment Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining stock availability across all departments by ensuring products are replenished efficiently from the warehouse to the shop floor. This is a hands-on and physical role in a fast-paced retail environment where organisation, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
You will work closely with Warehouse, Goods In and Retail teams to ensure customers always find a well-stocked, clean and attractive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
Replenishment & Stock Management
- Replenish stock from the warehouse and back-of-house storage areas to the shop floor.
- Ensure shelves, displays and promotional areas remain fully stocked throughout the day.
- Rotate stock where required and maintain accurate product presentation standards.
- Identify low stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to supervisors.
- Assist with stock transfers between departments.
- Support stock counts and inventory checks as required.
- Ensure products are displayed correctly and priced accurately.
Warehouse & Retail Support
- Move stock safely using pump trucks, cages and other approved equipment.
- Assist with unloading deliveries during busy periods.
- Organise stock in warehouse and storage areas to maximise efficiency.
- Support seasonal department changes, display builds and promotional launches.
- Assist colleagues across departments as business needs require.
Standards & Safety
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in both warehouse and retail areas.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Handle products carefully to minimise damage and waste.
- Report any damaged, missing or unsafe stock immediately.
- Support recycling and waste management procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in retail, warehouse or replenishment work (preferred but not essential).
- Organised, reliable and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Committed to delivering high standards of presentation and customer service.
Hours of Work
Typical hours will be scheduled across Monday – Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
Due to the nature of the role, early morning starts, weekend working and additional hours during peak trading periods may be required to support replenishment activities and seasonal demands.
