We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our friendly and well-established team of Learning Support Assistants. This role involves working closely with students providing personalised support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
JLC is an open access post-16 education provider which attracts students with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (LDD). Our students range from Entry Level 1 to Level 3 and have a wide range of additional support needs including ADHD, sensory impairments, mobility issues, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Salary: SSP7 £25,951 pa full time.
Actual salary £20,245 (paid in 12 equal payments)
