Duties

- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety standards
- Serve food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage multiple tables efficiently, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and dining areas at shift start and end
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Familiarity with food safety standards to ensure safe handling of all consumables
- Skilled in bartending techniques, including drink mixing, garnishing, and presentation
- Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
- Proven restaurant experience demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and orders efficiently
