Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in clerical duties and data entry along with excellent telephone manner and communication skills. To assist in the effective running of the business by interacting with GCCF customers, breeders, partners and directors across all mediums in a polite and helpful manner.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised workspace.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Process registrations, transfer of ownership and customer online orders
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing assistance as needed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity including entering show results on a bespoke database
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
- Proactive to develop your knowledge on GCCF recognised breeds along with learning their registration and breeding policies
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
