Summary
'Sales and Accounts Assistant' We are seeking a detail-focused team member with strong communication, interpersonal, and numerical skills. The position is for 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and Sage Accounting. Knowledge of the flooring/construction industry would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sales administration and customer enquires
- Maintain a clean, professional showroom presentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers
- Calculate and process payroll, including subcontractor payments
- Administer tenders and quotations
- Handle contract administration and invoicing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Complete other duties as required
Pay: £19,890.00-£20,670.00 per year
