This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team while developing your retail and sales skills in a department that inspires customers every day.
About the Role
As a Sunday Sales Adviser, you will play an important role in providing outstanding service to our customers, helping them find the right flooring solutions for their homes and projects.
The position is 6 hours per week, typically worked on Sundays, although flexibility may be required to work additional hours, overtime, or alternative days to support the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and product advice.
- Assisting customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs.
- Maximising sales opportunities and promoting additional products where appropriate.
- Supporting the presentation and maintenance of the department.
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve department targets.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
