Role Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to assist in overseeing the operation of the clubhouse and function, helping to deliver the best possible service for our members and guests.
A successful candidate will be expected to give excellent levels of service and show an eye for detail. To assist the Clubhouse Operations Manager and in their abscence, supervise the food and beverage assistants during shift patterns. You will be expected to ensure a professional, consistent service is given in line with brand, menu and legal standards/specification.
40 HOURS PER WEEK
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with daily operations of all bar facilities within the club
· Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
. Develop working relations with team members
. Deliver exceptional food service daily
. Produce a range of speciality beverages hot and cold within a busy environment, Barista level preferred
· Assist stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Events Planning & Execution
· Deliver a wide range of events including member functions, corporate events, weddings, and tournaments.
· Oversee event setup, staffing, and service delivery to ensure flawless execution
· Collaborate with kitchen and relevant departments to ensure seamless service
Customer Experience
- Build strong relationships with club members and guests
- Handle feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Proven experience in bar and restaurant operations. preferably within a high-end hospitality or private members’ club environment
- StrongSupervisory and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of premium beverages, wines, and cocktail service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
