Qualified Early Years Practitioner
8:00am to 2:00pm | Monday to Friday | All Year Round
Due to the continued growth of Little Willows Childcare, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to provide the highest quality care and education for our children.
If you are passionate about early years, believe children learn best through play and exploration, and want to work in a nursery that truly puts children first, we would love to hear from you.
Little Willows Childcare is an inclusive setting for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, child-led environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, build confidence and develop at their own pace.

The Role
- Early Years Practitioner
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 2:00pm
- All year round
The successful applicant will work throughout both term time and our holiday club provision.
The nursery closes for:
- One week at Christmas
- One week at Easter
- Two weeks during the summer
- All Bank Holidays
Staff are also expected to attend monthly staff meetings (5:00pm to 6:00pm) and additional training or professional development sessions as required.
Essential
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
Desirable
- SEND knowledge or experience
- Relevant SEND training
- Paediatric First Aid
- Safeguarding training
