Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Salary: £13.00–£13.65 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, plus bonus scheme and funded training opportunities.

The Role
As a Dental receptionist/ Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the patient journey. From the first phone call to welcoming patients into the practice, you'll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives a warm, professional and seamless experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries with professionalism and care
- Booking and managing appointments efficiently
- Supporting patients with forms, payments and treatment enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records using our dental software systems
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Helping patients feel informed, reassured and valued throughout their journey with us
- Supporting practice growth through excellent customer service and patient communication
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception or front-of-house role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- A positive, proactive and professional attitude
Desirable
- Previous dental reception experience
- Qualified GDC-registered Dental Nurse looking for a reception-based role
- Experience using dental software systems
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling and patient administration
Salary & Benefits
- £13.00 per hour for candidates with relevant reception or customer service experience
- £13.65 per hour for qualified Dental Nurses working in a reception-based role
