Sales Assistant – Dream Mentoring
Dream Mentoring is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support mentor Tom Smyth within a growing personal development and business coaching company.
This is a sales-focused role offering a unique opportunity to work in the personal development industry. The position is varied and fast-paced, where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and confident in both qualifying leads and conducting cold calls, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and motivation of the sales team to achieve targets
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Conduct qualifying calls and cold outreach to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Support the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals
- Provide guidance and support to team members where required
Skills & Experience
- Strong sales ability with confidence in promoting products or services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience in team leadership or supervision is desirable
- Administrative proficiency
- Retail or sales management background is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively and work independently
