We are a very busy, NHS dental practice in the South Manchester area. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dental Nurse.

The Role
As a Trainee Dental Nurse , you will play an important role in supporting both our clinical and reception teams. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Dental Nursing Duties
- Assisting dentists during patient treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Sterilising and decontaminating instruments in line with practice protocols
- Supporting patients throughout their dental journey
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring high standards of cross-infection control and health and safety
Reception Duties
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and handling administrative tasks
- Updating patient records and correspondence
- Supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the practice
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
