About Hello Skin Clinic
Hello Skin Clinic is a premium aesthetic and skin clinic based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for a confident, professional, commercially minded Therapist + Sales Representative to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a clinic-based role working 6 days per week. You will support both treatment delivery and sales activity within the clinic.
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care, supporting consultations, helping clients choose suitable treatments, following up with enquiries, and converting warm leads into bookings.
The right person must be confident speaking to clients face-to-face, over the phone, and through WhatsApp. You should be comfortable discussing treatments, explaining options clearly, answering questions, handling hesitation, and encouraging clients to book where suitable.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skin, beauty, body, or aesthetic-related treatments, depending on your experience and training
- Support consultations and client treatment journeys
- Speak confidently with new and existing clients
- Convert warm enquiries into consultations, bookings, deposits, and treatment packages
- Follow up leads by phone and WhatsApp
- Re-engage clients who have not booked, cancelled, or stopped replying
- Encourage suitable clients to rebook and continue treatment plans
- Promote clinic offers, packages, memberships, and treatment plans
- Maintain excellent client care before, during, and after appointments
- Keep client notes, follow-up outcomes, and booking activity organised
- Work closely with the clinic team to keep bookings moving
- Help increase consultations, treatment bookings, deposits, repeat visits, and client retention
- Maintain high standards of clinic cleanliness, professionalism, and presentation

- Comfortable speaking to clients in person and over the phone
- Confident using WhatsApp to follow up and convert enquiries

- Able to build trust quickly with clients
- Good at recommending suitable treatments without being pushy
- Organised, reliable, and responsive
- Able to work in a busy clinic environment
- Confident asking for the booking, deposit, or next appointment
- Passionate about client results, client care, and clinic growth

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
- Previous clinic, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or treatment-based experience preferred
- Confident communicating with clients face-to-face, by phone, and by WhatsApp
- Comfortable working 6 days per week in the clinic
- Strong client care and sales skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, organised, and proactive
This Role Is Not Suitable For Someone Who:
- Does not enjoy speaking to clients
- Avoids sales conversations
- Is uncomfortable calling leads or following up
- Gives up after one missed call or message
- Prefers admin-only work
- Needs constant supervision
- Is slow to respond to clients
- Is not confident asking for bookings, deposits, or rebookings
