Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Certified Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse operations and materials handling, with the ability to effectively train and mentor staff on best practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to operate safely and efficiently within our warehouse environment.
NLT is an established customer focused training company, requires an experienced fork-lift truck instructor to join their small team.
Delivering both in centre and nationwide on-site training, they offer a range of courses to the transport and logistics industry, both classroom and practical based to a diverse client base,
Candidates should be mature, reliable and have relevant experience within the industry, ideally accredited to AiTT, however RTITB-NORS, ITSSAR/NPORS may be acceptable. Must have the ability to work alone and more importantly as part of a team. Excellent customer care and communication skills are a necessity, along with attention to detail.
Other duties would include: course preparation and design, office holiday cover, administration, training centre housekeeping and maintenance.
Hours, generally 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, however some Saturdays may be required.

Experience:
- forklift operator: 2 years (Required)
- FLT instructor: 1 year (preferably but not essential)
Licence:
- Full driving licence (Required)
- Valid AiTT, RTITB NORS or ITSSAR / NPORS instructor certificate (Required)
