Overview
Following 11 successful years in Wirral, we have now expanded and opened a branch in Crosby, that covers Liverpool. As a result we are seeking a dynamic and motivated valuer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide valuations, using local knowledge and tools provided by us.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of using us to sell or let their homes.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates.
Experience
- Previous estate agent experience as a valuer is advantageous, demonstrating strong organisational capabilities.
- Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions.
