We're recruiting experienced Solar Roofers and Solar PV Installers to join one of the UK's fastest-growing renewable energy businesses.

You'll be installing domestic Solar PV systems alongside qualified electricians, working on high-quality residential projects across your local region.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the roof installation element of domestic Solar PV systems, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working alongside experienced electrical installation teams, you'll install mounting systems, rails and solar panels before the electrical commissioning is completed.
This is a full-time employed position with consistent work throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Install domestic Solar PV mounting systems
- Fit Solar PV panels to pitched roofs
- Work safely at height
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards
- Work closely with electrical installation teams
- Maintain excellent health & safety standards
- Complete installation documentation where required
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on every installation
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience as:
- Solar PV Roofer
- Solar Installer
- Solar PV Installer
- Roofing Installer
- Renewable Energy Installer
You'll ideally have:
- Experience installing domestic Solar PV systems
- Experience working on pitched roofs
- Good understanding of Solar PV mounting systems
- Strong awareness of working at height and health & safety
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A positive attitude and pride in your workmanship
Electrical qualifications are not required for this role.

- £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary + Lots of OT if desired
- Permanent employed position, PAYE / On the books
