Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for great service? We're looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Bar Manager to help drive our busy bar and support the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
As Deputy Bar Manager, you'll work closely with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and motivate the team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Bar Manager with the day-to-day running of the bar
· Lead, motivate, and supervise the bar team
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Manage opening and closing procedures
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
· Assist with stock control, ordering, and stock takes
· Handle cash, tills, and end-of-day reconciliation
· Help deliver events and drive use of our function room
· Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
· Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· A positive, hands-on approach
· Excellent organisational skills
· The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
