Glory Consulting & Education CIC works with learners, employers, community organisations and training partners to support education, employability and career progression.
We are expanding our digital marketing and training activities and are looking for a talented person with practical digital marketing knowledge and industry experience to join our team.
This is a broad recruitment opportunity. Depending on your experience and strongest skills, we may consider you for one of the following positions:
Digital Marketing Specialist / Officer
For candidates with strong practical experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, content, online campaigns and AI tools.
Project Coordinator
For candidates with strong organisation, project or management experience who can help coordinate the delivery of our courses, learners, tutors, timetables, records, activities and programme requirements.
Programme Administrator – Digital
For candidates with strong administration and organisational skills who also have practical digital marketing knowledge and experience. This is not a general administration-only position.
Digital Marketing / Digital Skills Tutor
For candidates with substantial relevant industry and teaching/training experience who are confident supporting or delivering digital marketing, social media, AI or related digital programmes.
Candidates with 5+ years of relevant teaching, training, management or project delivery experience may be considered for positions with greater teaching or project coordination responsibilities.
What You May Be Doing
Your responsibilities will depend on the position and your experience and may include:
- Supporting digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC and content campaigns.
- Using AI tools for marketing, research, content and productivity.
- Creating and improving website and marketing content.
- Supporting learner recruitment and promotion of courses.
- Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of training programmes.
- Communicating with learners regarding attendance, progress and course requirements.
- Supporting tutors, learners and programme activities.
- Maintaining accurate learner and project records.
- Supporting reporting, administration and programme compliance.
- Working with employers, partners and community organisations.
- Supporting learners with digital projects, portfolios and employability activities.
- Contributing ideas to improve our marketing, courses and learner experience.
Essential Requirements
For the full-time paid positions advertised above, you must have:
- At least 2 years of relevant practical industry experience.
- Practical knowledge and experience of digital marketing.
- Understanding of areas such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing and online advertising.
- Confidence using digital systems and modern AI tools.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- GCSE English Language Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent.
- For international English qualifications, English ability at CEFR C1 level or equivalent.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
- Existing right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work on-site in London.
The two years of practical experience is required because successful candidates will be expected to contribute to live projects, course delivery or programme administration with an appropriate level of independence.
Web Design – Advantage
Practical web design or development experience would be a strong advantage, particularly experience beyond simply updating existing WordPress pages.
This may include:
- Building complete websites or landing pages.
- HTML/CSS.
- Responsive web design.
- UX/UI.
- Advanced WordPress or Elementor development.
- Website optimisation and technical SEO.
If you have created websites, campaigns or other digital projects, please include examples or a portfolio with your application.
Other Useful Experience
We are particularly interested in experience with:
Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads, Canva, Adobe, WordPress, Elementor, email marketing, social media management, AI tools, project coordination, programme administration, teaching/training, employer engagement or adult education.
