La Dolce Vita is hiring! Would you like to join our team? We are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative in our Prep Centre in Camlough.
Production operatives are responsible for preparing a variety of food products for all LDV outlets & third-party customers. All products will be made to highest quality standards, always maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
· Food preparation, cooking, packaging & storing required foods to order.
· Operating kitchen equipment & machinery used in food production processes.
· Follow strict HACCP protocols to maintain food safety standards throughout production.
· Clean and maintain all areas to high food safety standards.
· Adhering to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
· Working within a team
Essential:
Kitchen experience.
Excellent communication skill & ability to follow instructions precisely.
Desirable:
Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
Bakery experience.
Drivers Licence, Van driver experience.
