Job Description:
This isn’t your typical "stand-at-a-conveyor-belt" job. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking all-rounder to join our growing business in a full-time Warehouse / Production / Handyman role. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone practical who enjoys staying busy and getting involved in different areas of the business.
No two days are the same. You will help with warehouse tasks, production work, packing orders, and general maintenance around company owned premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics: Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with precision.
- Production: Getting hands-on with product assembly and preparing stock for sale.
- Inventory: Loading/unloading deliveries and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse.
- Maintenance: Working with other team members. Utilizing your DIY skills for general repairs and upkeep of company premises.
- Support: Supporting the team with general day-to-day operations
The Ideal Candidate
· A Problem Solver: You see a loose hinge or a messy pallet and fix it before being asked.
· Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting stock and staying active throughout the day.
· Reliable: You take pride in being on time and getting the job done right.
· Qualified: You hold a full, valid driving license.
· Experienced: Previous warehouse or manual labour experience is great, but a "can-do" attitude is more important.
