Account Manager
Digital Foyer is a fast-growing eCommerce agency that partners with ambitious brands to drive and manage their digital growth. Offering a complete end-to-end eCommerce solution, we handle everything from marketplace onboarding and account management through to customer service, fulfilment coordination, and digital strategy.
Working with a portfolio of well-established brands, Digital Foyer acts as an extension of our clients' businesses. For example, one of our clients imports products directly into our warehouse, and our team manages the entire online sales journey — listing products across major marketplaces, optimising performance, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations.
We're looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a key client account and become a trusted partner in their growth. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, identify opportunities for expansion, and help drive commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with a dedicated client account
- Coordinating product listings across online marketplaces
- Monitoring marketplace performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Liaising with operations, customer service, and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless execution
- Providing regular updates and performance reporting to clients
- Supporting strategic initiatives to help clients grow their online presence and sales
What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded approach
- Experience in account management, eCommerce, marketplaces, or digital retail is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in helping brands grow online
