We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service
- Support sales strategies by motivating team members, managing merchandising displays, and optimizing product placement
- Oversee team management activities including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Assist in administrative tasks such as inventory management, sales reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple responsibilities while ensuring operational excellence
- Provide leadership during peak hours or challenging situations to uphold store standards and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven management experience with supervising teams in a retail or customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and organizational tasks
- Prior experience in a pub environment
- Familiarity with time management techniques and phone etiquette to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting is an advantage
