We are looking for passionate, hard working and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our friendly team, supporting children aged 0–5 years in a stimulating, child-led environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Set on our own working farm with breathtaking views of the South Downs National Park, Old Dairy Farm Nursery offers a truly unique learning environment with extensive outdoor provision, a dedicated Forest School site, and daily opportunities for children to explore nature and the world around them.

The Role
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Create engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS and our Reggio-inspired ethos
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through play and exploration
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a positive and professional team
About You
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Have experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Be passionate about outdoor learning and child-led education
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
Full-time and part-time opportunities available, Monday to Friday between 7:15am and 6:00pm, operating 51 weeks per year. Apprenticeship and zero-hours opportunities may also be considered.
