Paterson’s are expanding their embroidery department and are looking for two new staff to operate our Tajima Embroidery Machines. Experience in embroidery or sewing is required.
Paterson (Scotland) is a small family-run business which has just celebrated its 40th anniversary. It supplies quality merchandise to the golf industry and hospitality trade, by personalising various products.
We're seeking a meticulous and adaptable Trainee/Experienced Embroidery Assistant to assist our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be a vital team player, capable of following instructions from the embroidery department. This role demands attention to detail, a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and adherence to safety standards. Working in this role you will contribute to the success of the company.
· We work traditional manufacturing hours of 37.75 hours per week, however flexible working hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
· Monday to Thursday 7.15hrs – 16.00hrs
· Friday 7.15hrs – 12 noon
· Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
· Quick learner, with ability to follow tried and tested procedures.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Good time-management skills to meet deadlines.
· Team player with a proactive attitude.
